Fay has over 30 years’ experience working as a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, Counsellor and Manager, with people from all backgrounds, in Industry, Health, Public and Private sectors and Defence organisations. She is a fully registered professional Counsellor, Neurolinguistic Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Strategic Psychotherapist.
Fay has a BA Degree (Psychology/Biology) from Flinders University, a Graduate Diploma in Social Science (Health Counselling) from University of SA. She also has an NLP Association, and nationally recognised Practitioner Certificate in Neurolinguistic Programming (Successful Minds Institute).
Fay also has a nationally and internationally recognised and AHA & Government accredited Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Strategic Psychotherapy (Institute of Applied Psychology).
She is a full professional member of ASORC (Aust Society of Rehab Counsellors), ISPA (International Strategic Psychotherapists Association), AHA (Australian Hypnotherapy Association), & NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) Association.

Each session under this Agreement will be: $190.00 / hour.
Total for all 4 sessions (including initial) = $890.00.
Total for all 6 sessions (including initial) = $1,200.00.
To Confirm your Initial Session Booking, please email your completed ‘Client Intake Form’, and forward payment for Initial Session, 3 days prior to your appointment, via internet banking to Mindset Matters (for alternate payment arrangements – please feel free to discuss).
